Emergency Relief for Gaza and Lebanon
This program is how FAJR Global responds when a crisis forces families from their homes or leaves hospitals without supplies. It works in two places today: Lebanon and Gaza.
Lebanon
FAJR delivers food and hygiene packages to families displaced by the war in Lebanon, with medical care and medicines when someone in the family is sick. Relief goes first to the shelters and communities under the most strain. FAJR also runs surgical missions in Lebanon for patients whose operations keep being postponed.
Gaza
FAJR buys the medical equipment and medicines that clinical teams in Gaza ask for and delivers them to the hospitals and clinics still operating. Because FAJR's own surgeons work in those hospitals, the team knows what each ward is short of.
Projects and campaigns
The work runs through two projects, Lebanon Emergency Relief and Gaza Medical Supplies. To fund them, give to Lebanon Relief: Food and Medical Aid, where $50 provides a food and hygiene package for one family, or to Medical Aid for Gaza: Hospital Supplies, where $50 provides essential medicines for one patient.
