How do I change or cancel a monthly donation?
Sign in to the Donor Portal (opens in a new tab) and open Subscriptions. If you need a hand, email donors@fajr.org.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. FAJR Global is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Tax ID (EIN) 83-1497239. Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Why does my bank statement say FAJR SCIENTIFIC?
Card donations are processed under the name Fajr Scientific, so that is what appears on your statement. It is the same organization as FAJR Global, with the same Tax ID.
Is giving online secure?
Yes. Donations are processed by CharityStack and payments are secured by Stripe.
Zakat and where your gift goes
Is my donation Zakat-eligible?
Yes. Every FAJR campaign is Zakat-eligible. Our Zakat calculator can help you work out what you owe.
Where does my donation go?
A gift to a campaign funds that campaign's work. A General Donation goes where FAJR's teams judge the need to be greatest. You can see every campaign on our campaigns page.
Do patients pay for treatment?
No. Every patient FAJR treats is treated free of charge.
