Open your bank's app, choose Zelle and send to donate@fajr.org. Your bank may set a daily Zelle limit. We send your tax receipt by email once your gift arrives. Questions? donors@fajr.org

How to give by Zelle

  1. Open Zelle

    Open your bank's app or the Zelle app and choose Send.

  2. Send to donate@fajr.org

    Enter the amount. If it is for a campaign or for Zakat, add that in the memo.

  3. Get your receipt

    We send your tax receipt by email once your gift arrives.

How to give by check

  1. Write your check

    Make it payable to FAJR GLOBAL. If it is for a campaign or for Zakat, write that on the memo line.

  2. Add your email

    Include a note with your email address so we can email your tax receipt as well as mail it.

  3. Mail it

    FAJR Global, 6206 Cibola Park Ln, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77041.

  4. Get your receipt

    We send your tax receipt by mail and email once your check arrives.

  • Why Zelle or a check?

    Online payments carry a 3% card processing fee and a 1% platform processing fee, 4% in total. On a $1,000 gift, that is $40 that Zelle or a check keeps for FAJR's work.

  • Is there a Zelle limit?

    Your bank sets how much you can send by Zelle each day. For a larger gift, a check is often easier.

  • Is it tax-deductible?

    Yes. FAJR Global is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Tax ID (EIN) 83-1497239. Your gift is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

  • Can I pay Zakat this way?

    Yes. Every FAJR campaign is Zakat-eligible. Write "Zakat" in the memo. Our Zakat calculator can help you work out what you owe.

  • Prefer to give by card?

    Card gifts go through right away. Choose a campaign and donate in a few clicks.
